An ode to nature’s splendour, this bridal lehenga tells a story of abundance. Each kali unfolds with woven scenes—deer in shaded groves, peacocks unfurling their resplendent feathers, and cranes soaring gracefully towards the moon. The skirt’s rich gold border blooms with lotuses, floating gently on water. 

The lehenga is paired with a handwoven dupatta adorned with dainty bootis and a central motif of the moon, and a shimmering hand embroidered odhani, adding an ethereal touch to the ensemble. Complementing this, a hand-embroidered blouse mirrors the lehenga’s intricate artistry, elevating the look with timeless elegance.

• Fabric – Lehenga Skirt and Blouse in pure Satin Silk, Handwoven Dupatta in pure Katan Silk and Hand-embroidered Odhani in pure Organza Silk

• Technique – An enduring Kadwa weave and Meenakari. The elaborate and laborious Kadwa (Kadhua) technique involves hand-weaving each motif separately. It takes longer on the handloom, but it makes a more robust pattern that stands out on the fabric. Meenakari involves the painstaking addition of supplementary coloured resham threads during the hand-weaving process.
