Made in very small quantities indeed and superbly presented. All the grapes that make this Champagne are sourced from the superb Montagne de Reims where the best Chardonnay grapes grow. If you can wait (and we’re not sure we could) Armand de Brignac say this will keep until 2036.

Product Description

Crafted by 12th and 13th generation champagne growers, Jean-Jacques Cattier and his son, Alexandre. Their dream was to create a champagne of the most exceptional quality, that would represent the best of the best from the region, where their family have grown vines for more than 250 years. Each year the family use only carefully selected plots that present fruit with the most remarkable character. They also do not hold themselves to the Cru system selecting plots regardless of their rating but rather for their flavour and quality. Sustainability is also a core principle of the Cattier s vineyard management and their owned lands are certified HVE level 3- the highest grading from the French Government.

Tasting Notes

Slightly buttery, pastry feel supported by citrus fruits of peach and pear. Ultimately a supremely fresh Champagne.
